It has been a privilege to be part of the Master of Global Management (MGM) programme at Tongji University, where I have had the opportunity to learn from highly professional and experienced faculty. The programme's well-structured curriculum has provided me with a solid foundation in global business management, strategic leadership and cross-cultural communication. Courses such as Strategic Management, Technology Innovative Management and Global Supply Chain Management have broadened my analytical skills and deepened my understanding of international business challenges. Working with classmates from diverse backgrounds has further enriched my experience, allowing me to develop adaptability and effective teamwork in a multicultural environment.

The MGM programme has also emphasized the importance of practical application alongside theoretical learning, which has provided me with invaluable problem-solving and critical thinking skills. My internship experience in Operations Management at 上好佳（Oishi） has allowed me to apply the insights gained from the programme to real-world business contexts, further enhancing my professional skills.
